There will be an industrial exhibition during ICIC & ISAAR 2019. Industrial exhibition will provide all sponsors and exhibitors with maximal benefits for promotion and marketing activities. This will be an integral component of ICIC & ISAAR 2019, which is the world's foremost meeting on infectious diseases and antimicrobial agents. Through exhibitions during the meeting, all participants can have good chances to communicate with other professionals and related industry.

SPACE SELECTION

Space will be assigned in accordance with the sponsorship level, with major sponsors having priorities. Due to space limitations, the exhibition areas will be distributed on a first-come first-served basis. Floor space is available in units of 6 square meters (3m x 2m) minimum.

BOOTH ALLOCATION

Exhibitor stands will be allocated as soon as the 50% non-refundable deposit is received by the organizer of the ICIC & ISAAR 2019. Booth spaces are allocated by order received exhibition design and other reasonable determinations.

BOOTH SIZES

All booths are 3m (Width) x 2m (Length) x 2.5m (Height), or multiples of that size. Stands can be a shell stand (pre-decorated) or an independent stand (self- decorated).

Application for exhibition should be made directly to the ICIC & ISAAR 2019 Secretariat via fax or email by June 14, 2019..
